ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE
Mariana Bracetti Academy students in grades 3-8 take the Pennsylvania System of School Assessment (PSSA) annually each spring. The test is given in English Language Arts, Mathematics, and Science. Students in grades 9-11 take Keystone Exams in Algebra I, Biology, and Literature in winter and spring.
In 2016 and 2017, our students' PSSA and Keystone Exam Achievement Scores and our students’ PSSA and Keystone Exam Growth Scores were instrumental in determining our Status as a “Philadelphia Peer Leader.” Mariana Bracetti earned the distinction of being a “Peer Leader” for grades K-8 and for grades 9-12. We are proud of the growth our students show during their time at MBACS and our teachers' dedication to each and every child.
